No, we do not accept health insurance. Your monthly membership fee can be paid with a US debit or credit card. While we do not accept health insurance, we do encourage our members to have health insurance for healthcare needs outside the scope of our services, such as emergency room visits, hospitalizations, urgent care visits, sub-specialist visits, etc.

Where is your office located?

Wherever you are! We currently conduct home visits (within a radius—contact us for more information), telephone visits, and video visits.

What are the ages of the patients that you treat?

We currently treat individuals aged 17 years old to 60 years old.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time before your monthly billing date.

Are labs, imaging, and medication included in the monthly membership fee?

Laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging tests, and medication costs are not included in the membership price. While the patient may use their health insurance for the costs of these services, Hilar Health has negotiated exceptional and transparent cash pricing with select laboratory and diagnostic imaging centers as an additional, more cost-effective option, if preferred.
